Ashdown Personnel is a recruitment company based in East Grinstead fulfilling recruitment needs in East Grinstead and the surrounding areas. The company is run by three women with over 20 years of recruitment experience between them.
Julie Clark has seven years prior experience in commercial recruitment as a Senior Business Manager with a global recruitment organisation covering both East and West Sussex. She has previous experience in the airline and retail industries, with excellent customer service skills and a strong sales background. She lives with her husband and children in East Grinstead.
Debbie Jeffries has been involved with commercial recruitment for almost eleven years. She has a very sound knowledge of both temporary and permanent recruitment in East Grinstead and the surrounding areas. She lives with her husband and family in East Grinstead and has done so for 36 years.
Victoria Cole moved to East Grinstead, after graduating from Leeds University, and worked in a local company before starting her career in recruitment with a High Street Agency. Nearly three years later she left to go backpacking around the world on her honeymoon and has just returned, 6 months later, to start working with Julie and Debbie again. Victoria is now living with her new husband, Matt, in East Grinstead.
